Orange County HB signs with Bama

I'll make this quick because I want to watch a couple episodes of Veronica Mars and play #17 LSU. So Bama managed to sign Hemet California's Carlos Roberts, the #1 HB. Last year's signing of TE Trevor Young of Los Angeles opened up southern california to the Crimson Tide. Hemet is a decent sized desert town of about 60,000 that sits just east of Orange County. Roberts played his FR and SO years for his hometown where he tore it up, but then to get more exposure he transferred to Mission Viejo, the high school of USC QB Mark "Dirty" Sanchez. He led them to the CIF Division II Title, but then decided to transfer for his SR year. He did not like the preppy atmosphere at Mission V as it reminded him too much of the fictional Neptune High in Veronica Mars. Roberts wanted to go to a more hipster school, because his girlfriend from Hemet was really into Latin Alternative Rock. So he enrolled at San Clemente who plays in the same division as Mission V and is also where they filmed Brick and is the high school of the chick below, who was Robert's tour guide on his first day of school. This guy is going to be sick, assuming his girlfriend doesn't dump him
